Introducing Concentra to Design Sprints and methodologies had a big impact across the board. Having never run them before, the product team took a leap with me and I ran the first one when I joined the orgvue team back in 2019. We generated so many ideas during the first few sprints that they have now become common practice for the R&D team, and have helped align the team on projects. When COVID hit, we continued with the sprints remote and found new tools (like Mural) to continue facilitating workshops, which have been incredibly successful.
